1 can(28 ounce) of pumpkin puree or equivalent amount of winter squash puree 5 eggs 1 can(12 ounce) of evaporated milk 1/2 cup of 100% maple syrup or more to taste 2 teaspoons of orange zest 1 teaspoon orange or vanilla extract 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 cup raisens
Beat 5 eggs well, add all ingredients except raisens and remix. Stir in raisens. Spray the insert of a slow cooker with PAM. Pour in the pudding batter and cover. Cook on high heat for 4 to 4.5 hrs or until set.

Ooh, that sounds good. Might have to go get a can of pumpkin to try that.

It's better cold the second day. The expensive part is maple syrup.
