Right now I'm canning dill pickle and relish, Plus my red okra is multipling by the minute. got all the pickles done and now I'm just freezing and canning some up for frying this winter.And try dehydrating sliced okra, it is really great for putting on top of a tossed salad!

I am making Chicken Salad with cherrys in it gunna make some flat bread and it's gunna be yummy!!! Gotta eat good cuz I am on my own tonight

Did a cake earlier. Packaged. Swiss chocolate cake with dark chocolate fudge icing.
Cake mixes have come a long way. It was moist and tasty. Heh-heh.

Anything with zucchini. I have lots. Making B/B pickles with some tomorrow Lisa, thanks for mentioning this. I've been meaning to ask TX if he tried any Zucchini recipes using the Lebanese Bush Marrow he grew this year?? (As you can tell TX, I'm using the power of positive punkin thinking and planning ahead for a bumper bushmarrow crop).

Blue the only zuchinni type recipe I tried was for a stuffed zuchinni. I had let the bush marrows mature too much tho, so eating the marrow flesh wasn't easy, but wow, it was good.
Did some in patty-pans as well with same result.
