Ya Here it is folks, this last page completes this booklet. Those fine folks of the old Elyria Seafood Company left a legacy well worth preserving and I thank them. I hope this helps a bunch of folks enjoy more seafood. Train

hey train any danger of mercury poisoning from repeated fish use? Ya Not really, except for the few that are bottom feeders and a few others like Tuna I think and that I think applies to certain tuna. I think there may be a list of which are and not. I think I am correct in this. Train

Large, long-lived predatory fish tend to concentrate mercury in their bodies over the course of their lives. However, healthy adult men generally don't need to worry about fish consumption unless they eat several servings of fish a week. (It should also be noted that the fish used in sushi tend to be high-mercury fish. So, sushi every night may not be a good idea.)
However, the FDA recommends that young children, pregnant women, and women of child-bearing age avoid shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish completely. Albacore tuna should be limited to once per week. Total fish and shellfish should be limited to two times a week. That's because unborn children, nursing infants, and young children are much more susceptible to mercury poisoning.
Tilapia, shrimp, catfish, pollock, salmon, sardines, and canned light tuna (not albacore!) are usually low-mercury. However, the mercury content of canned light tuna can vary - sometimes it can be high in mercury.

Well lookie here train All you have to do is , make some Coconut milk which is coconut shavings hot water and a mixer. Put it thru cheeze cloth and you have milk. Now with the pulp you have in the cheese cloth you dehydrate that, then powder it. There ya have Coconut flour I didn't think it would be so easy!

I'm still interested! This is fantastic information. Can't wait until fish goes on sale at the market to use it. Ya Mighty fine Kay. I hope you don't have long to wait. Now I ask you, who is dumber? The child or the parents. I believe the mother was filming and lost her grip on the camera when the boy went in. You can see the father's hand reach in/ Just dumb all the way around. Looks like a pool of sorts that iced over. This is the page I missed! It has Fish Soup Yummy!
