So what's everyone doing for Easter? I'm hosting the Easter Feaster on Saturday this year. Seemed to work out better for everyone. This will be my 5th year doing it. We'll be having ham, pierogies, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, pineapple, spiced apple rings, bread, cookies, and tarts as well as a few other things. There will be 18 people there, the biggest feaster ever!

We are going to Mom's for easter dinner. I need to get with her and nail down the menu, though we usually do the same thing every year (ham, potato salad, etc).
Only two of my kids are still young enough to hunt eggs, but since my nieces and nephews have started having kids, there are some toddlers to keep the after-dinner egg hunt going.
My kids will also be going to an egg hunt at the church on Saturday, and the kindergartener will be participating in an egg hunt at school on Thursday. So they will be getting plenty of excitement - and way too much candy - this week!
