Enough peaches (cut up) to fill a 9x13 pan 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup corn starch heaping 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 table spoon lemon juice
box of bisquick bisket mix 1/2 cup lard 1/2 cup buttermilk
In a large pan mix up peaches and thickeners dump into square pan
in a bowl mix up bisket stuff cut in shortening. Spoon large spoons into peaches. Bake 350° for 1 hour or till peaches are bubbly and cobbler is browned.

I think it is down to just the two of us posting. Mom recently had a few peaches and a few blueberries. They combined to make a great cobbler.

Red was in here yesterday. I'm wondering if he's well; inasmuch as he aint posting on I-Dig either.
Wendy was in yesterday too.
I don't think she's eating cobblers though.
