He is currently at the vet having his attitude altered. I think the vet staff were cheering.

Best wishes for a quick and easy recovery, followed by a more manageable temperament. Who knows, in time you might be calling him "Waldo the Wonderful."

I brought him back to the vet an hour after I took him home. He was bleeding too much. It was a very difficult neuter due to his one undescended testicle. It had attached itself to his body on the inside and they ended up needing two vets for the surgery. The vet is keeping him free of charge untill he "dries up".

Hope Waldo is ok now. Have had several puppies over the years and they all try your patience. But they all turned out to be good dogs eventually. We have a female Boxer/hound mix that's going on 2. She takes after her hound daddy mostly. As a puppy she was like the Energizer Bunny. She's finally mellowing out. So hang in there. It does get better.

Sorry to hear that Waldo was having a rough time after the surgery. Is he doing better now?

Well to be blunt about it, he has an undescended testicle. That means they had to cut him open from right in front of his business all the way to his ribs. It was starting to adhere to his body at the ring that it should pass through. It took two surgeons to finish the operation. Itook him home the next day and noticed that he was bleeding on the grass outside, no running or jumping involve. So I took him back to the vets and they kept him till yesterday afternoon. The cone on his head lasted about an hour till he realized that he could brace the edge on a door jamb and push till it popped off his head. So I've been yelling "don't lick your @#$%". Next monday they should be able to take out the 20 staples. We'll see if he can go on a walk in 30 minutes or so.
