We have Netflix and have really enjoyed using it. We have 3 children and they have found TONS of tv series, can you say Wizards of Waverly Place? Also liking the documentaries. I found out that one of the girls is really into NOVA. Go figure!
We don't have cable or satellite, so a lot of this stuff is new to all of us.
Just wanted to share that this has been a great and economical $10 per month. It goes up this next billing cycle, but is still a great deal considering how much everyone watches it.

It's probably a good sign that people aren't watching tv that much. I know that with all of the new shows--to us--on Netflix, we spend WAY too much time in the living room.

I use Netflix. Been with them about a year now & love having it in the kitchen on my laptop. Being a S.A.H.M. & alone 5 days a week I almost feel like I'm not really alone haha. Seriously at first I watched it too much but now I go there once or twice a month on down days when I know I need to get off my feet....and I do Mostly it's a weekend thing but the family uses it on laptops, iPods, cell phones throughtout the week. I refuse to put it on the TV or games though. I'd never get the kids off there.

We rent movies when we go up north. We go up once a month and to tell you the truth we rent the old ones that are a dollar lol hehehe

I've had Netflix for about 3 yrs, there are different plans..mine is $15 per mth. I love the documentaries also. My pc server is too slow to get the movies directly, so I still get the disk. I live wayyy in the boonies. I love their web site, they make it very easy to find movies with the reviews and categories. Anyway three thumbs-up for Netflix.

I love my Netflix. I've had it a few years now. I used to pay more in late fees than I now pay for my 3 movies at a time deal.

Ya
I do both. I have had netflix for about 10 years now and picked up on the streaming video just as soon as it came about. I watch a great variety of streaming video and enjoy the broad range offered in the disc by mail. Currently have 3 discs at home. 1 Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brit as Holmes, two of the old tv comedy series "Bizarre" yet watched out for a kill with Steven Seagal on streaming video from netflix tonight. Hardly watch any live tv even though I have direct tv. Heheh. Train
