Well I have the seeds but they are more or less a smaller version of Tahitian Melon. Since TM out produced PDC and held up to the weather better I see no reason to give PDCs garden space.

Gots to have the sacrifice to get the other stuff ya know.
I've got Cinderella, Fairy Tale and Cheyenne Bush to sacrifice. One of those is a moschata (can't remember which one at the moment), so should be ok and the Chey. Bush is a short DTM bush, so maaayyyybe it'll produce before the bugs descend. But I doubt it. The other one is dead man planting. Then I'll be planting a list of moschatas.

I transplanted the Red Kuri plants tonight. They roots were already too deep for the short container I had used for the germination test. No SVB's or SB's yet, Yippeeeee

These will overtake the dining room before it's time to take them outdoors I'm sure, but it will be fun to see if I can keep them alive indoors that long.

Next time you have to pot them up, try cutting the front shoulder out of a gallon milk jug and potting into that ... it will give you a handle for taking outside later ;D

Isn't that the stuff that goes in a steam iron to do ironing?? Yeah, not much chance of me buying that stuff. Most of the water sold here is in tall, slim, rectangular shaped jugs or the round ones for water coolers of course.

Wanna hear the definition of Punkin Punishment? My g/f sent me a Japanese seed catalogue and the company website does not have an online catalogue. There are things I recognize but others that I would like to know. This is going to take me a long time to identify them this way,

I'm sure Garret has found more Maxima Sacrificial Virgins for the pumpkin patch. Watch the red and black Mothra circling overhead, ready to spawn. See vast armies of Stinkbugus @#%us advancing to sink their fangs into tender young vines. Will the Ciggycide arrive in time? Stay tuned.
