Well I have my new smart phone. So far the only app I've added to it besides an antivirus is Pandora, so long to sucky radio.
Anybody got anysuggested couponing, discount apps? It came with a barcode scanner app and amazon.com.

I have a droid. The Coupons App is good for retail and restaurants, clothing and fast food and shows you the cheapest gas around. Grocery Smarts and Grocery IQ are good for "clipless" coupons and they will load on store cards from your phone (you can also do this online). Dealnews app is good for stuff online, like the dealnews website. I'm still trying to put the grocery ones to use more regularly.

I have the Dollar General app on my droid phone... It's good if you have unlimited texts like I do. It will send you a text when they have a special savings event. All you have to do is opt in for the texts & they honor the text coupon code at the register.
I also have an app called Grocery Pal. It tracks sales & coupons for many different stores, like Dollar General, Walgreen's, CVS, HEB, Target, Walmart, etc. You plug in your zip code & it steers you to the sales & coupons. It even has Loyalty Card coupons & printable coupons.
Both are free apps.
