I can't believe no one mentioned the word, "Fine."
"Fine" said in a happy, cheerful, or relaxed tone means, "fine."
"Fine" said with a sigh, in an irritated tone, or with feigned patience means, "I think you are about to do something stupid, but I am tired of arguing about it. If it goes badly I will never, ever let you forget it."
"Fine" said in an angry voice means "if you choose to go ahead and do this, expect to grovel on your knees for days before I forgive you."
Woe, woe to the man who does not learn to translate "Fine." Also note that "Whatever," and "Whatever you want, dear," mean essentially the same thing as "Fine."

I thought of a couple others.
"Do you want to come with me to...?" means, "Do you want to come with me?" It is ok to say no to this so long as once in a while you say yes.
"Will you come with me to...?" means, "I want company and I'd appreciate it if you come with me." For this one, most of the time you should go with her. It is ok to say no ever once in a while.
The Dh still has not figured this one out. ~sigh~
