I am haunted, not by Marleys' ghost, but Ohio Healths dietician.
Todays lunch was a compromise meal. One tin of sardines packed in mustard instead of oil, with a slice of bread.
Its not too bad, the current house familiar (cat) is indifferent to this sort of cat-food. In the past I have actually had kitty stand on my shoulders in order to get into the tin with me...

The house familiar probably prefers sardines in oil...I've never known a cat that could abide mustard.
If you ever need to repel a cat, try banana peel, fresh off the banana. All the cats I've ever had just hate it and pull away blinking as though it makes their eyes sting.

Huh, maybe it's the salt. Just for grins one time I let my cats try some (cheap) caviar. They wouldn't touch the stuff. I always figured it was because it was so salty.
