Would anyone be willing to give me a start of sunchoke for a SASE?

I would be delighted to. I have a patch that will be ready for digging after the first frost here. Will be October or November, will that do?

Haven't had it yet! Probably two or three weeks off. They just finished blooming. From the looks, I will have plenty to share.

Go ahead and send me your address. I will dig some up on Sunday to go into the mail on Monday. You will want to plant them when you get them!

Enjoy them! Even the pieces that were sliced will grow as well. Just remember to plant them where you can control them. They can overtake a garden.
